Order Processing Time

At LEAPHENOM, we take pride in our craftsmanship; because each of our pieces is individually hand-crafted, we dedicate the necessary time to ensure every piece meets our high standards of quality.

• in-stock items: if the product is currently in stock, we will dispatch your order within 1 working day of order placement.

• made-to-order & name embossing: if the product is not in stock or requires custom name embossing, we will begin the crafting process for your piece as soon as your order is confirmed. please check our home page for current lead time, as these change according to our current order flow.

• customized modifications: any specific changes to our product designs or structural modifications require extra care and a separate timeline. for these orders, please contact us via the whatsapp  and discuss the completion time.
