Our Process

At Lea Phenom, we take great pride in the quality of our handmade and hand-stitched leather goods. Each product we create is a unique masterpiece, carefully crafted to meet the specific needs and requirements of our customers.

Here's a look at our process:

Sourcing Bespoke Leather

We start by sourcing the finest quality bespoke leather from internationally recognized tanneries. Our leather is carefully selected based on its texture, durability, and colour, ensuring that each product we create is of the highest quality. 

Designing Your Product

Once we have sourced the perfect leather for your product, we use standard designs to make your product. We consider every detail, from the size and shape to the stitching and finishing as per design and color agreed during order placing.

Cutting and Pasting

Next, we carefully choose the optimum parts of the leather and cut panels according to the designed specifications. Each product is branded from inside as well as outside during this step. We then paste the leather panels together using industrial grade glue to create a raw product that is ready for stitching.

Punching Holes and Hand Stitching

We use specific tools as agreed with the customer to punch holes in the leather and hand stitch the panels together using round or flat waxed threads in premium quality. Our artisans use international standard pricking iron, punch hole, diamond chisel as per requirement of our customers. Our skilled craftsmen take great care to ensure that every stitch is perfect, resulting in a product that is not only beautiful but also built to last.

Polishing Your Product

Finally, we polish your product from every side and edges using Italian or Canadian waxes once again as agreed with our customers. This adds a protective layer to the leather, giving it a beautiful shine, giving our products a finished look and enhancing its durability.
